Jeg har et stort hus, hvor der er 4 værelser til udlejning, og det ene værelse er ledigt nu. Med indflytning den 01.10.2016 som det seneste - men gerne før.
NB! Stolen og skabene står ikke i værelset - kun en enkelt sektion.
Det fungerer som et mini kollegie, hvor 4 personer deler køkken, bad og toilet samt fællesstue, hvor der er mulighed for at spise og se TV m.v.
Værelserne er af forskellig størrelse og varierer i pris fra kr. 2.500,00 til 4.500,00 - og alle med 2 mdr. depositum samt 1 måneds forudbetalt husleje. Og det er værelset til kr. 3.000,00, som bliver ledigt nu.
Som udgangspunkt er værelserne umøblerede ved indflytning med mindre andet er nævnt.
NB! Det er kun for ikke rygere - og det er helt ufravigeligt. Jeg kan klare meget i form af armgas eller det der er værre ;O) Men røg magter jeg bare ikke.
Festrygere og lejlighedsrygere er i min verden også rygere! Sorry - men den går ikke.

PS. Hvis du er allergisk overfor dyr - især katte - så er det nok ikke noget for dig. For jeg har selv to af slagsen + diverse tilløber- og nabokatte, som kigger forbi på daglig basis
