Jeg får et værelse ledigt pr. 1. oktober 2016 , da min nuværende lejer flytter. Værelset er 15,6m2 med masser af dagslys da vi ligger på 4. sal i en lejlighed på 74m2, der deles med mig :)

Lejen er inkl. alt (inkluderer også adgang til vaskemaskine og trådløst internet).

Lidt om mig:

Jeg hedder Troels, og er 32 år. jeg er uddannet fra CBS og arbejder til dagligt med digital marketing. Fritiden går med kæresten (der er bosat i Malmö), venner og bekendte og hvad man nu finder på i den sammenhæng :) Jeg træner en del og har desuden en baggrund som fitnessinstruktør.

Lidt om at bo her:

Du skal kunne føle dig hjemme når du bor her, og og jeg har ikke så mange regler, der ikke falder ind under almindelig common sense. Jeg værdsætter en ren lejlighed, dog uden at være fanatisk. Festlige lejligheder er ok med mig, dog med måde da vi trods alt bor i en lejlighed. Så hvis du lige er blevet fast trommeslager i et band, så kan i IKKE øve her :) -Lejligheden er desuden røgfri.

Jeg har været vant til at være social med tidligere roommates i forskelligt omfang, når vi begge føler for det. Nogle meget, andre mindre. Du er ikke indlagt til fast mandags-ludo her, og når din dør er lukket, så er du garanteret fred og ro :)

The room is 15, 6m2 with plenty of daylight as we are located at 4. floor of an apartment at 74m2, shared with me:)The rent is inclusive. Free time goes with boyfriend (who resides in Malmö), friends and acquaintances and whatever you find on the context:) I coach a share and also has a background as a fitness instructor.A little about living here:You should be able to feel at home when you live here, and I have not so many rules that do not fall within the plain common sense. I appreciate a clean apartment, however, without being fanatical. Festive occasions is ok with me, but with the way because after all, we live in an apartment. So if you have just been established drummer in a band, so can NOT practice here:)-the apartment is also non-smoking.I've been used to being social with former roommates in varying degrees when we both feel to it. Some much, others less. You are not admitted for permanent Monday-ludo here, and when your door is closed, so you are guaranteed peace and quiet:)
