Stk. 1. KMO-ordningen finansieres via et miljøtillæg, der dækker omkostningerne ved returordningen inkl. evt. destruktion af ikke brugbart kølemiddel.
Miljøtillægget er pr. 01.07.2010 kr. 22,-/kg CFC, som opkræves hos slutkunden. I grossistleddet opkræves kr. 18,-/kg. Differencen på kr. 4,-/kg dækker således installations- eller servicefirmaets omkostninger i forbindelse med rapportering til KMO.
Stk. 2. KMO-ordningen skal være omkostningsneutral, og der skal ikke opsamles formue.
Stk. 3. Der betales, fra miljøtillægget, til KMO-sekretariatet et beløb pr. kg solgt CFC.
Beløbet er pr. 01.07.2010 kr. 5,00/kg CFC excl. moms.
Stk. 4. Der tilbagebetales et beløb/kg returneret forurenet kølemiddel. Såfremt det returnerede kølemiddel kan renses/oparbejdes forhøjes dette returbeløb.
Returbeløbene er pr. 01.05.2003:
Forurenet, til destruktion: kr. 5,-/kg.
Forurenet, brugbart: kr. 10,-/kg (i alt).
(Note1) Store, samlede mængder kølemiddel returneret tilbagebetales der kun for, hvis det med rimelig sikkerhed oprindeligt er købt via KMO-ordningen. I modsat fald modtages dette blot uden omkostninger for transportøren. Se i øvrigt tillæg til regelsættet af den 2. november 2001.
Stk. 5. Såfremt KMOs styrelse ud fra økonomiske vurderinger finder det nødvendigt, kan der fastsættes gebyrer for udstedelse af autorisationer m.m. både i forhold til virksomheder og personer.
